the daily post synthesis

well duriong thses week only something exiting..

old:
well during these week i colect charts from the medical records room, and i gave the the cecretaries like always then i put some of the of the charts that belong to private pacients that some othe doctors had and like always i put them in alphabetical order then i had to stic the first letter of they name and the first lette of they last name on the folder so that it would be more easier to the doctor or who ever need to see it..

old:
i also made phone calls diuring these week but those phone calls were for confirm pacients apoiments it was easy because i didn't had to do much the only thing that i had to say was the date of the apoiment and at what time was it.oooh and also to which floor was it..well some of the pacients parents ask so many question thats what made it kind of hard because i had no idea so i mame sure that some body call them back to gave the information they wanted or just for change the apoiment most of the time people just wanted to change they apoiment..
new:
something new that i did was a metting with a real speech phatologist it was very exiting that i ashly had to meed a speech phatologyst i was kind of neveous but at the end i i become more confortable so i stared aking her questions such as when did she when to college, what did she study and if she had feelt that these jod is not for her basicly the question was if ahe feel confortable doing what she does, and if she had any problems with pacients.
new:
something new that i had to do was to was to past more time with my mentor we talk about college and differents carrers such as busines administration which was my mentor carrer, and we also talk about the future and would i do because i feel like completely different after i had i big talk with a speech pathologyst so we talk about that.and that was it i think that i should keep looking for a carrer bacause i don't feel the same about being a speech pathologyst..

well i had been doing the same nothing inresting.. i do the same basicly what i do is usual stuff well thing that are need it every day such as the charts because pacients come all the time mostly when clinics are done but then any other day not much as when is clinics day's..

what i had done these week is what i do everyday of the weel look for charts for the cecretaries or just mail con the maol box, theres two kinds of mail outgoin and ingoin so is not that hard i just have to go to the security office and drop it there oviesly that i have to put the mail in the two different boxe's..

new:
something that i had done during these week that haven't done in any other is not much but it was a long time that i didn't look for x-rays so during these week i had to do it and i was ask to go to the six floor to drop 2 x-rays and to put the new list on the boart so that the personal can look for it..nothing much but something new that i had done during these week..

something new well nothing new i just keep on doing the same things but sometimes i go to a new floor that had never been to and i ask what do they do there however my favorite floor si 13 because that were the cafeteria is at..lol weel that second floor also but is just because my mentor office is there..
