Assigment pre- interview thinking

what do i know about these person?

i know that she is from broolyn new york and that her parents are from purto rico.also that she whent to college for like 2 years, that she used to work in a other place as manager,she has 7 years on the NYU HOPSITAL FOR JOINT DESASE at first she was a secretary and she got promoted as the clinic supervisor, i also know what does she look's for on a resume lol in case i had to make one for her. well she said that what she mostly look is how long the person has been in a place so is kind of confortin loland that she is the clinic supervisor including the staph menbers.

what do i want to know about this person?

i want to know how do she feel working with all theses different people but not the difference but the culture's i want to know is that problen or if make it kind of hard for her. and also how does she manage the hole clinic are because that's very strsing as i had seen for these couple of week's????
