a significant activity that i am working on my intership site

well now i am trying to work with an speechg pathologyst that is showing me what a speech pathologyst is made off,i am also working with more than one place at the hospital..it means that iam getting more involve with the pacients, i have learn a lot of things that i did't know about, such as the charts of the epoacients every pacient has one that the doctor need's it to put all the information of a pacient such as when was the pacient last visit and the pacient health issue,and who was the last doctor that examinate the pacient, the cecretaries give me list of the charts that are need it everyday the charts have the date of the thet are need it.there's roon in which is the file roon were the charts are located. on the charts there's a number the most importants numbers are the 4 and 2 last numbers are the most importants when you find all charts you put them in the car and send them to the 3 floor them i have to put the charsta on alfabetical order or else the secretatries would get mad that extra work for them i guees to look for a chart that is no on the alfabetical order..
